Job summary

Orange Services Nagpur invites applications for a production trainee (operator) to learn machine operation, setup, and quality checks in the production department.

You will follow SOPs, safety rules, and 5S, work in shifts, and collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance to meet targets while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in shifts, including rotational/night shifts when required.
• Follows 5S, safety procedures, and workplace housekeeping standards.
• Maintains production records and reports machine abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment per SOPs.
• Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operation.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Record production data and process parameters.
• Identify and report abnormalities, defects, and unsafe conditions.
• Support preventive maintenance activities as instructed by the maintenance team.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.

Operate production machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
