Job summary

Bharat Biotech International is seeking a candidate for roles involving extensive quality testing and development of viral vaccines. The position requires hands-on work with viral vaccine bulk and finished products, virus amplification, and comprehensive cell culture activities within a regulated lab.

The ideal candidate will have experience in vaccine testing and be comfortable managing calibration, validation, and SOP/LIMS compliance, while supporting audits and maintaining meticulous records

Qualifications

• Candidate having vaccine experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performed viral vaccine bulk and finished-product testing, including viral titration, MNT/PRNT, adventitious-agent, mycoplasma, haemadsorption, BSA and HCP assays.
• Conducted virus amplification, freezethaw studies and testing of inactivated vaccines.
• Managed cell culture activities, including cell revival, maintenance, expansion, cryopreservation and cell-bank records.
• Prepared cell culture materials and reagents; performed media growth-promotion, trypsin qualification, cell identity and micropipette calibration.
• Prepared and executed validation, calibration and stability protocols; performed reference-standard calibration, trend analysis and qRT-PCR cleaning validation.
• Ensured compliance with approved methods, SOPs and LIMS requirements; maintained records, supported audits and managed inventory and laboratory waste.
