Job summary

Bharat Biotech International is seeking a senior leader to head the Immunology and Flow Cytometry team in the QC laboratory. The role focuses on delivering flow cytometry-based assays for vaccine and pharma product testing, while maintaining equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding junior members.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop QC procedures, and manage the team budget, with regular interaction with senior management and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Immunology and Flow Cytometry team in the QC laboratory to ensure efficient and effective delivery of flow cytometry-based assays.
• Develop and implement new flow cytometry-based assays and methods for vaccine and pharma product testing.
• Maintain and upgrade existing flow cytometry equipment and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new QC procedures and protocols.
• Provide scientific guidance and training to junior team members on immunology, flow cytometry, and QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and manage budgets for the Immunology and Flow Cytometry team.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
