Job summary

Girnar Insurance Brokers seeks an experienced QA Engineer to perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. You will design and maintain test cases, report defects in Jira, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure product quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on manual testing with automation focus, API testing using Postman, and building automated scripts with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress. Insurance domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 34 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing (70%) with hands-on Automation Testing (30%).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle.
• Experience with API Testing, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred.
