Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Pune seeks a QA Senior Engineer at AVP level to design and develop scalable automation solutions. You will ensure maintainability, testability, and seamless integration into end-to-end processes, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to framework design.

The role requires hands-on automation expertise across Java/Python/Kotlin, BDD, and UI testing with React, plus strong SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automation experience in software testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with BDD and UI test automation (React).
• Knowledge of SQL and databases; data-driven, keyword-driven or hybrid frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensible automation scripts/assets following industry best practices.
• Use risk-driven techniques to design and execute automated test suites.
• Ensure version control and configuration management of test objects and environments.
• Collaborate with Development to reuse automated Test Cases, Stubs, and Drivers.
• Hands-on automation development in Agile/Scrum deliveries.

Job Description:Job Title - QA Senior Engineer, AVPLocation - Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionSenior Engineer is responsible for designing and developing entire engineering solutions to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of this role include ensuring that solutions are well architected, with maintainability and ease of testing built in from the outset, and that they can be integrated successfully into the end-to-end business process flow. They will have gained significant experience through multiple implementations and have begun to develop both depth and breadth in a number of engineering competencies. They have extensive knowledge of design and architectural patterns. They will provide engineering thought leadership within their teams and will play a role in mentoring and coaching of less experienced engineers.Senior Engineer is expected to work under the guidance of leads/Senior Analysts and would be instrumental in developing solutions approved by the Automation Test Architect or Test Manager. Should adhere to timelines, prescribed quality and MTS. They should be experienced in the tool, technology and skill area being considered for.
