Base pay range

Position: Quality Assurance
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–3 years
Preferred Qualification: Degree in Apparel Manufacturing (NIFT or Pearl Academy)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect garments like shirts, pants, jeans, knits, and ladieswear.
• Monitor quality processes in both in-house and outsourced units.
• Oversee raw material quality (fabrics, trims).
• Implement QC plans to reduce DHU below 5%.
• Assist in pattern/spec checks and ensure construction standards.
• Approve print, embroidery, and washes as per design needs.
• Coordinate inspections based on production plans.
• Liaise with stores, design, and CX teams on quality concerns.
• Ensure end-to-end product quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of woven and knitwear (men’s & women’s)
• Strong understanding of garment patterns.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player.
• Should be a go-getter and motivated enough.
