Responsibilities

• Follow quality processes to control samples and in-house materials.
• Provide training to quality and production personnel per SOPs.
• Check cutting, sewing, finishing, and report to management.
• Understand and apply quality SOPs at each production step.
• Conduct in-line, in-process, and final quality audits.
• Monitor the overall quality process for the assigned factory.
• Train and lead factory QA team as needed.
• Own responsibility for factory quality from buyer's perspective.
• Generate weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Aim to reduce DHU%, improve first audit pass rate, and cut rejections.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Accomplish Quality process cycle of a factory by controlling samples; follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, conducting PP Meetings, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
• 2. • Provide training and education to the quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the Quality SOP & brand requirements.
• 3. • Checking cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and report to the management.
• 4. • Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, implement buyers every work manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory.
• 5. • Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.
• 6. • Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory.
• 7. • Conducting Final inspection and confirming the quality of the product.
• 8. • Train up and lead factory nominated QA team directly.
• 9. • Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling process from buyer end.
• 10. • Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling process from buyer end.
• 11. • Need to generate weekly quality reports and Monthly quality reports.
• 12. • Reducing DHU%, improving first audit pass rate, reducing Inward Rejection and reducing customer returns.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1. 1. Communication skills - speaking with clarity is very critical.
• 2. 2. Ability to use tools like Excel and also Google sheets
• 3. 3. B-Tech or Graduation degree in Fashion or Textile
• 4. Strong communication and project management skills
• 5. Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is must.
