• Map shrinkage allowances to ensure accurate post-wash fits.
• Train tailors, line checkers, and finishers on defect criteria.
• Audit cutting room layers for alignment and pattern direction.
• Conduct inline checks for stitch density (SPI), tension, and puckering.
• Verify measurement specs against tech packs before and after washing.
• Perform 100% final inspection on garment tailoring, drapes, and trims.
• Check final finishing, ironing, thread trimming, and tag compliance.
