Job summary

Dynamix Group is seeking a QA/QC Lead to oversee quality management across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works in Mumbai. You will implement QA/QC standards, drive inspections, audits, and corrective actions to meet project drawings and IS Codes.

You will mentor site QA/QC teams, review performance, and ensure snag clearance and handover readiness at final inspections across Andheri and Kandivali sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of QA/QC standards across all projects.
• Oversee construction quality across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS Codes, and statutory norms.
• Establish quality benchmarks, inspection procedures, and audit systems.
• Monitor contractor and vendor quality and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor project QA/QC teams across sites.
• Review quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee final inspections, snag closure, and quality standards before handover.
