Rahee Infratech Limited is seeking a QA/QC professional in India to ensure inputs of quality products and oversee site quality issues on projects. You will develop QA/QC plans and coordinate external lab tests as per approved plans.

You will conduct regular audits, train supervisors and workers, and work closely with execution, procurement and design teams to maintain quality compliance on site.

Responsabilités

• Site visits daily to verify work per contract and ensure required quality.
• Conduct weekly/monthly quality walk with client/PM for continual improvement.
• Coordinate client communications to resolve issues promptly.
• Record customer feedback through client meetings.
• Ensure audit compliance within stipulated time.
• Visit RMC vendors, check materials, and ensure calibration of equipment.
• Perform regular quality audits, inspections, and site walkthroughs.
• Test concrete, steel, and other materials at approved labs.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Provide QA/QC training to supervisors, site engineers and workers.
• Collaborate with execution, procurement, and design teams to maintain quality.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure inputs of Quality Products :

• All incoming materials test as per approved Inspection and Test Plan and Standards
• Ensure Quality of work executed is as per the relevant technical specification / standards
• Coordinating for all external lab test as per approved Inspection and Test Plan
• Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the BLT project.
• Establish procedures for material testing, workmanship assessment, and documentation control.

Overseeing quality issues & customer complaints at site :

• Site visit in daily basis to check the site work as per our project contract method and maintain proper process to execute the work with required quality
• Weekly/Monthly Quality Walk with client/PM for continual improvement and compliance within target date.
• Client Handling, Communication resolve issues (if any) with immediate effect
• Customer feedback by conducting client meeting.
• Ensure Audit compliance within stipulated time

Checking all materials :

• Checking all materials jointly with client to ensure the brand, manufacturing, quality of materials is okay as per our project contract. Also conduct testing (in house & third-party lab. Test) of all materials for checking the quality
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and site walkthroughs to identify defects or deviations.
• Ensure proper testing of concrete, steel, and other materials at approved laboratories.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related non-conformances.

Design mix & controlling concrete quality :

• Visit all RMC vendors resources, check all materials, calibration certificates of all equipment, conduct mix design to reduce concrete cost.

Documentations:

• Maintain all test reports, monthly progress report, all quality registers, files and co-ordinate with office management

Conducting quality training:

• Conduct quality training to supervisors, site engineers and all labours to execute work as per out contract process and maintain the quality of work and improve the skills
• Ensure timely identification and communication of QA/QC issues to project team by raising internal NCR/observation through monthly Quality meeting.
• Conducting training among the staff and workers on ongoing activities
• Work closely with execution, procurement, and design teams to maintain quality compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for site engineers, supervisors, and workers on quality practices.
• Ensure proper implementation of QA standards across subcontractors and vendors.
