Job summary

Time Hack Consulting seeks a QA & QC Lead to oversee quality assurance and control on construction projects. You will establish theQuality Management System, set site quality standards for civil, MEP, and finishes, and lead a team of QA specialists.

You will conduct weekly site audits, manage NCRs, approve materials, witness critical tests, and prepare QIPs for major activities, reporting KPIs to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System for projects.
• Set quality standards for civil, MEP, and finishes activities on site.
• Conduct site quality audits at least weekly on every active site.
• Issue and track NCRs for all quality failures to drive corrective action.
• Approve materials on delivery by reviewing test certificates and inspections.
• Witness and record critical tests such as concrete cube tests, pressure tests, and hi‑pot tests.
• Prepare quality inspection plans (QIP) for major work activities.
• Lead monthly quality review meetings with site teams and stakeholders.
• Manage QA Finishes and QA Civil specialists to assure quality deliverables.
• Report quality KPIs to Construction Head and COO on a monthly basis.

The QA & QC Lead will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function — ensuring that every material used and every activity executed on sites meets the specifications and standards that define the product. Quality is not an afterthought — it is a founding principle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System
• Set quality standards for all construction activities — civil, MEP, and finishes
• Conduct site quality audits — weekly minimum on every active site
• Issue and track NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports) for all quality failures
• Approve materials on delivery — review test certificates and physical inspection
• Witness and record critical tests — concrete cube tests, pressure tests, hi‑pot tests
• Prepare quality inspection plans (QIP) for all major work activities
• Lead quality review meetings with site teams monthly
• Manage QA Finishes and QA Civil specialists
• Report quality KPIs to Construction Head and COO monthly

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• NCR closure: 95% of NCRs closed within 14 days of issue
• Material compliance: 100% of materials approved before use on site
• Defect rate: Snagging list at handover
• Audits: Weekly quality audit on every site — reports submitted every Monday
