Job summary

PSP Projects is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee the execution of standardized Quality Management Systems at site and to ensure on-site QC testing for civil works and construction materials.

The role includes formulating and implementing project quality plans, maintaining records, and coordinating with client teams to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Quality Management Systems implementation and maintenance
• On-site QC testing for Civil Works & Construction Materials
• Assisting quality inspections and audits for compliance
• Documentation and maintenance of quality plans and records
• Coordinate with client teams and project management
• Implement QA/QC management system across sites and plants
• Prepare quality plans per customer requirements
• Control non-conformance reports and remedial actions
• Provide support to QA engineers in document management and management reviews
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and drive continual improvement

Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of standardized Quality Management Systems at Site.
• Responsible for Fixing of Parameters & conducting on-site QC Testing for Civil Works & Construction Materials.
• Responsible for Assisting Quality Inspections, Audits & ensuring compliance as per Standards.
• Formulation & Implementation of project Quality Plan and maintaining records for proof and process improvement analysis.
• Coordination with client and projects management specific team from client.
• Implement the QA/QC management system.
• Documentation, Preparation of quality plans according to the customer requirements.
• Control all non-conformance customer complaints reports and undertake remedial action.
• To handle Quality Control Laboratory and to implement quality plan at site and at RMC plants.
• To follow up on site quality related issues and elevate to senior management when the closure of the corrective action is delayed.
• To support HO Quality Engineer in maintaining documents/records and help to organize management review meetings and its actions follow up till the closure of the same.
• To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
• To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 standards and striving for continual improvement
