SYSTRA India seeks a QA/QC Expert for management consultancy on Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail project. The role reports to PD/Dy. PD, leading QA/QC plans, inspections, and compliance across packages.

Location options include Ahmedabad or Delhi, on-site, with extensive experience in rail-based transit systems. Ideal candidate has 15 years in engineering infrastructure and at least 8 years in QA/QC during construction of rail projects, with ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and

• Engineering graduate with B.E/B.Tech or Diploma.
• 15 years overall experience in infrastructure projects.
• 8 years QA/QC experience during construction in rail projects.

Responsabilidades

• Review QA and QC plans and ensure implementation across project phases.
• Review QA/QC plans of other contractors as applicable.
• Establish standard QA/QC procedures and tools.
• Ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.
• Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
• Carry out inspections of contractor works.
• Perform other PD/Client-assigned QA/QC duties.

Position: QA/QC Expert

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location:

Ahemedabad/Delhi

Missions/Main Duties

This position shall report to PD and Dy. PD. The activities of this position shall include but not limited to:

• Review of detailed Quality Assurance(QA) and Quality Control (QC) Plans and implementation in the entire project phases for the packages under its scope.
• Reviewing and monitoring QA/QC plans of other Contractors(as applicable).
• Establishing standard procedures & tools for QA/QC.
• Compliance of the requirements of multilateral /bilateral funding agencies (as applicable).
• Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals (as applicable).
• Carry out inspections of contractor’s works.
• Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification:

Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)/Diploma

Experience

• Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in infrastructure projects** .
• 08 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) /Quality Control (QC) during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.
• Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed

Railways / Metro Railways Projects As Defined Below

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Infrastructure Project shall mean Railways/Metro, Roadways, Airways, Telecommunication,

Power and Energy sector.
