Responsibilities

• To review COA and test results of incoming raw, sub-raw material, intermediate product, final product against the approved quality plans and release RM, SRM in SAP.
• To salvage non-conforming products & take corrective and preventive actions in coordination with Production Head and plant head.
• To update required documents, conduct Internal Quality Audit and Surveillance audit.
• Responsible for entire activities related to Quality Control/new development in consultation with DGM-MFG/ ED.
• Communication with all departments and subordinates for timely completion of jobs.
• Review ppm/calibration of equipment and standardisation of standard solution.
• Ensure all equipment are in operation.
• Release indent request to procure consumable materials, chemicals & proposal for new equipment for testing activity.
• Review list of critical consumable materials.
• Material PR/PO release for procurement.
