Job summary

Minal Specialities is seeking a QA/QC professional with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to standardize SOPs, supervise QC tests, and ensure calibration of laboratory instruments. The role involves maintaining QC documentation, participating in internal audits, and ensuring ISO/Ecovadis compliance.

Candidate must have BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or BSc/MSc in Chemistry, with hands-on exposure to HPLC and GC, and be ready to train and develop QA processes within the plant.

Qualifications

• Standardization of SOPs and workflow for QC tests.
• Knowledge of handling instruments like HPLC, GC.
• Maintain documentation of QC department.
• Daily calibration of lab instruments as per schedule.
• Training and development activities.
• Prepare SOPs and guidelines for QC.
• Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records.

Responsibilities

• QA checks of finished products at dispatch/export.
• Prepare TDS, MSDS & COA of products.
• Perform internal audits on monthly frequency.
• Monitor ISO and Ecovadis related activities.
• Ensure quality parameters are followed.
• Coordinate with sales to provide required documents.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.

Job Description:

• Standardization of SOPs and workflow for conducting QC tests.
• Knowledge of Handling Instrument like HPLC, GC etc.
• Ensure Maintain document Of Qc department.

• Supports function to prepare SOPs and guidelines and prepare SOPs.
• Makes a schedule of audit and execute.
• Ensure Quality parameters are follow.
• Monitor and update the daily QA related activities.
• Monitor ISO, Ecovadis related activities.
• Performing plant QA activities.
• QA checks of finished product at Dispatch/Export
• Preparing TDS, MSDS & COA of product
• Preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform Internal audits on monthly frequency
• Review of Batch Manufacturing Record and other plant records.
• Handling of customer complaints
• Coordinating with sales department and provide customer required documents.
• Handling customer queries and filling customer questionnaires
