Job summary

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Civil QA/QC experience.
• Experience in large-scale infra/renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, inspections and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise civil construction quality activities.
• Review and implement project QA plans, ITPs and method statements.
• Conduct inspections of civil works per drawings and specs.
• Ensure quality of concrete, reinforcement, foundations, roads and structures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams for QA activities.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, NCRs and quality docs.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes and project specs.
• Monitor testing of construction materials and review test reports.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and project quality records.
