Accellor is seeking a Senior QA Lead to guide a team in delivering high-quality Salesforce CRM solutions. The role emphasizes automation, manual testing, and API validation across complex applications.

You will design and maintain automated frameworks with Selenium and Playwright, execute diverse testing types, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Remote-friendly with a focus on production-grade QA practices.

Formación

• 8–12+ years of QA experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong manual testing and automation testing expertise.
• Hands-on with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Proficient in API testing (Postman/REST Assured or similar).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM testing (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).

• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify, log, track, and resolve defects using defect management tools.
• Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines and improve overall test coverage.
• Monitor QA metrics and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.

Job Description

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of QA experience with leadership/management responsibilities.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of API Testing (Postman/REST Assured or similar).
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce CRM applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
