Job summary

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of QA/QC experience in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Extensive QMS experience and ISO audits.
• Experience handling customer complaints, PPM, RCA and CAPA.
• Proficient in QC tools and rejection/rework analysis.
• Strong team leadership, communication and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC operations and ensure compliance with QMS.
• Coordinate ISO audits and corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints and NCRs.
• Oversee PPM, RCA, CAPA and rejection/rework analysis.
• Utilize QC tools to monitor quality metrics and drive improvements.
