Job summary

Anko GCC in Bengaluru is seeking a Test Manager to lead test strategy, governance, planning, execution, and defect reporting across HR and enterprise applications. The role involves coordinating testing cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding a team to ensure quality across releases.

The candidate will manage functional, regression, integration, system testing and UAT coordination, with prior people management experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing applications like UKG Kronos, SAP, HR applications.
• Strong hands on experience in managing testing cycles - Functional, Regression, integration, system testing and UAT coordination.
• People management experience.
