Job summary

nxzen India is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across enterprise applications. The candidate will drive the testing strategy for UI, API, data, and cloud platforms, with hands-on Tosca automation and strong SQL skills.

You will mentor QA engineers, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and promote Agile and DevOps best practices to ensure quality and timely delivery on complex programs.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of software testing and QA experience.
• Expertise in UI, API, database/ETL/DWH and cloud testing.
• Hands-on with Tricentis Tosca and strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Closure.
• Lead QA teams across multiple projects to ensure quality delivery.
• Define and implement automation strategy using Tosca.
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and QA deliverables.
• Manage testing across UI, API, database, ETL/DWH, and cloud platforms.
• Oversee defect management, risk reporting, and quality governance.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and architects.
• Led defect triage, release readiness, and continuous quality improvements.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote Agile/DevOps practices.

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing strategy across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Functional and Non-Functional Testing, Test Automation, Tricentis Tosca, API Testing, Database Testing, and Cloud Testing, along with strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in UI, API, Database/ETL/DWH, and Cloud Testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), ALM, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Cloud platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in Test Planning, Risk Management, and Quality Governance.
