Job summary

Anko GCC in Bengaluru, India, invites you to join a diverse team collaborating globally on technology initiatives for leading retail brands. You will drive program and project management across multiple workstreams, shaping roadmaps and executive reporting.

You will work with Solution Architects and P&C teams to ensure compliant system builds, manage budgeting and forecasting, and help deliver measurable ROI while embracing inclusive, safe environments for all colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficient in program/project management tools and experience managing roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and executive reporting (SteerCo).
• Solid understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models across multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and tracking ROI/value realization; ensure compliance in payroll integration with architects and P&C teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage roadmaps, schedules and dependencies with executive reporting (SteerCo).
• Apply delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and ROI tracking; ensure system builds comply with labor laws and awards.
