Job summary

NetScore Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced QA Lead to drive QA for our ERP SaaS platform in Hyderabad. You will lead end-to-end testing, design robust Selenium automation frameworks, and implement performance testing with JMeter.

You will collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business teams to deliver high-quality releases. The role requires strong leadership, Agile experience, and proficiency in Java or Python, REST APIs, SQL, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience including QA Lead responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Proficient in Java or Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience testing ERP/SaaS applications across functional, regression, API, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for ERP application across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and maintain Selenium automation frameworks for web apps.
• Automate critical ERP workflows and regression tests.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for the ERP application across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and maintain Selenium automation frameworks for web applications.
• Automate critical ERP business workflows and regression test cases.
• Plan and execute JMeter performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Analyze performance results and identify application/API/database bottlenecks.
• Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage defects, test planning, execution, and release quality.
• Define QA standards, processes, metrics, and automation strategy.
• Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business teams.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience, including experience as a QA Lead.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Good knowledge of Java/Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience testing ERP/SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, API, integration, and performance testing.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Required Skills

• Experience with Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, or CRM modules.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
