Sutherland in Hyderabad, India, seeks a seasoned QA Lead to drive the Tosca-to-Playwright C# migration and shape the overall quality engineering vision. You will architect automation strategies, oversee API testing, CI/CD optimization, and mobile testing approaches while guiding a team of QA engineers across US time zones.

This senior role requires strong communication with US clients, stakeholder influence at all levels, and the ability to establish testing standards, Metrics, and dashboards.

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished QA Lead to oversee the strategic migration of legacy Tosca automation scripts to modern Playwright C# framework and drive the overall quality engineering vision. This senior role requires extensive expertise in test automation architecture, API testing, CI/CD optimization, and mobile testing strategies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor a team of QA engineers, manage US client relationships, and establish best practices across the testing organization. This role requires strong communication skills to work effectively across US time zones and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic migration from Tosca to Playwright C# framework, defining architecture, approach, and best practices
