Job summary

DIGIIQ IT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a QA Lead to own quality across our commerce, Salesforce, and AI builds. You will define testing strategies, set up tooling and processes, and lead a team to catch issues before clients see them.

You will build and maintain automated and manual coverage, own release sign-off, and work with engineers from project start so quality is designed in rather than bolted on. You will also help test AI-driven features where correctness is nuanced.

As our QA Lead you will own quality across everything we ship, from Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts to AI powered engagement platforms. You will define how we test, set up the tooling and processes, and lead a team to catch issues before our clients ever see them.

You will build and maintain automated and manual coverage, own release sign off, and work with engineers from the start of each project so quality is designed in rather than bolted on. You will also help us test AI driven features, where correctness is more nuanced than pass or fail.

You are a fit if you have led QA on complex web or commerce projects, are strong with test automation, and have the judgement to know what to test and how deeply. You raise the bar for everyone around you.
