• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts.
• Create scalable automation solutions using Selenium or Playwright.
• Lead GUI testing to ensure usability and accessibility.
• Define DB validation strategies for data integrity and accuracy.
• Build reusable automation libraries and accelerate testing.
• Analyze requirements, identify risk areas and critical test scenarios.
• Lead test planning, execution and reporting across modules.
• Review test cases and automation scripts for standards.
• Improve automation coverage and optimize regression testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures.
• Mentor team members in manual and automation testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement hybrid testing strategies combining manual and automation approaches for efficient test coverage, test planning approaches, and quality validation frameworks.
• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and repeatability.
• Design scalable automation frameworks and testing solutions using Selenium or Playwright.
• Drive GUI testing activities to ensure usability, consistency, accessibility, and user experience quality.
• Define database validation strategies to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Develop reusable automation libraries, framework enhancements, and test accelerators.
• Analyze complex requirements and identify risk areas, edge cases, and critical scenarios for testing.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across modules ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Review test cases and automation scripts to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Drive automation coverage improvements and optimize regression testing execution.
