Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead AI-driven testing strategies and automate data-centric workflows. The role focuses on ETL testing, SQL validation, and cloud data platforms, delivering reliable data quality across multi-platform environments.

The right candidate will develop robust test automation frameworks, drive data migration tests, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on GenAI-assisted testing experience and ability to draft & drive AI-enabled automation test strategy.
• Must have ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience and strong data validation skills.
• Advanced SQL and data validation expertise required.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in developing test automation frameworks (data-related).
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation testing.
• Test leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven testing initiatives and implement robust automation strategies.
• Perform ETL/Data Warehouse testing and ensure data accuracy across pipelines.
• Write and optimize SQL, validate data quality, and verify data lineage.
• Work with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms for testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for data workflows.
• Coordinate data migration tests and reconcile data across environments.
• Provide test leadership and manage stakeholders across projects.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and manage CI/CD integration.
