Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a QA Executive for a leading MNC in Baroda. The role focuses on quality control and assurance across all products, with hands-on testing, deviation reporting, and document maintenance for ISO standards.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of QA experience in the chemical industry, with exposure to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 systems, and 5S in QA lab. On-site location in Baroda.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in QA/QC in chemical industry.
• Exposure to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution of QA/QC activities for all products.
• Testing and reporting results for in-process samples.
• Inspection and analysis of raw materials and intermediates.
• Inspection and control of ETP samples in shifts.
• Report deviations and non-conformances to QA leadership for product quality control.
• Control of non-conforming products and root-cause analysis for deviations.
• Maintain QA documents for Pro I & Pro II products.
• Prepare ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 docs.
• 5S implementation in QA laboratory.
• Provide analytical support to the plant during trials.
• Assist upkeep of instruments and testing devices.

• Inspection and analysis of raw materials and intermediate samples received from Pro I and Pro II.
• Inspection and control of ETP samples received in shifts
• Communication of deviations and non-compliances to Group- Incharge or HOD (QA) for effective product quality control.
• Control of non-conforming products and initiating root cause analysis in case of deviations.
• Maintenance of QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
• Preparing documents related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 system management.
• 5S implementation in the QA laboratory area.
• Analytical supports to the plant during trials and as and when required.
• To support the upkeep of instruments/equipment/testing devices.
