Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Quality Control/Assurance professional to execute QA operations for all products and to test and report results of in-process samples. You will inspect raw materials, monitor ETP samples, and communicate deviations to the QA lead to ensure compliant product quality.

The role includes maintaining QA records, initiating root-cause analysis for deviations, and preparing ISO-related documentation and 5S implementation in the QA lab.

Responsibilities

• Execution of Quality Control and Assurance operations for all products.
• Testing and reporting results efficiently of all in-process samples.
• Inspection and analysis of raw materials and intermediate samples.
• Inspection and control of ETP samples received in shifts.
• Communication of deviations and non-conformances to QA Head for effective quality control.
• Control of non-conforming products and initiating root-cause analysis for deviations.
• Maintenance of QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
• Preparation of documents for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 systems.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Execution of all activities related to Quality Control and Assurance operations and functions for all products.
• Testing and reporting of results efficiently of all In-process samples
• Inspection and analysis of raw materials and intermediate samples received from Pro I and Pro II.
• Inspection and control ofETP samples received in shifts
• Communication of deviations and non-compliancesto Group-Incharge or HOD (QA) for effective product quality control.
• Control of non-conforming products and initiating root cause analysis in case of deviations.
• Maintenance of QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
• Preparing documents related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 system management.
• 5S implementation in the QA laboratory area.
• Analytical supports to the plant during trials and as and when required.
• To support the upkeep of instruments/equipment/testing devices.
