Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks a Quality Control/Quality Assurance professional to execute QC/QA operations, test and report results, and inspect materials for all products. You will maintain QA records, handle deviations, and drive root cause analysis in a fast-paced plant environment.

ISO documentation and 5S in the QA lab are key responsibilities of this role. Analytical support during trials and maintenance of testing instruments will be required, ensuring compliance and continual improvement of

Responsibilities

• Execute activities related to quality control and assurance for all products.
• Test and report results efficiently of in-process samples.
• Inspect and analyze raw materials and intermediate samples.
• Inspect and control ETP samples received in shifts.
• Communicate deviations and non-conformances to QA lead for corrective action.
• Control non-conforming products and initiate root cause analysis.
• Maintain QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
• Prepare documents for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 systems.
• Implement 5S in the QA laboratory area.
• Provide analytical support to the plant during trials and upkeep of instruments.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Execution of all activities related to Quality Control and Assurance operations and functions for all products.
• Testing and reporting of results efficiently of all In-process samples
• Inspection and analysis of raw materials and intermediate samples received from Pro I and Pro II.
• Inspection and control ofETP samples received in shifts
• Communication of deviations and non-compliancesto Group-Incharge or HOD (QA) for effective product quality control.
• Control of non-conforming products and initiating root cause analysis in case of deviations.
• Maintenance of QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
• Preparing documents related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 system management.
• 5S implementation in the QA laboratory area.
• Analytical supports to the plant during trials and as and when required.
• To support the upkeep of instruments/equipment/testing devices.
