Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a QA Executive for our Baroda location. The role focuses on quality control/assurance across products, with a requirement of at least 2 years in QA within the chemical sector. You will handle testing, reporting, and documentation aligned with ISO standards.

You will also ensure ETP and raw material inspections, manage non-conformances, and contribute to 5S and plant support activities as part of the QA team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in the chemical industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 systems.
• Familiarity with QA documentation and 5S implementation.

Responsibilities

• Execute activities related to Quality Control and Assurance for all products.
• Test and report results of in-process samples efficiently.
• Inspect and analyze raw materials and intermediates from Pro I and Pro II.
• Inspect and control ETP samples received in shifts.
• Communicate deviations and non-conformances to QA lead for corrective action.
• Control non-conforming products and initiate root-cause analysis.
• Maintain QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
• Prepare documents for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 systems.
• Support 5S implementation in the QA laboratory area.
• Provide analytical support to the plant during trials and instrument upkeep.
