Job summary

Globelance is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across projects. Based in Surat or remote, you will own QA strategies, mentor engineers, and steer non-functional testing including load, performance, and security.

You will partner with engineering leads and clients, establish robust QA processes, and ensure SDLC/STLC and Agile practices are followed while guiding CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with leadership in QA and account/team ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Playwright (web) and Appium WebdriverIO (mobile) using JavaScript/Node.js and BDD.
• Hands-on testing of non-functional areas including load, performance, and security.
• Strong CI/CD integration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and agile delivery experience.
