Overview

We are looking to hire a QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience who can contribute to both manual and automation testing. The candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, hands-on experience in test execution, and the ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern tools or frameworks.

Skill Set Requirements

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC
• Experience in manual testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT)
• Ability to design test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Knowledge of defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with test design techniques (Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning)

Automation Testing

• Experience in automation testing using any tools or frameworks
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts
• Understanding of automation frameworks (data-driven, keyword-driven, hybrid)
• Experience with UI automation tools
• Basic knowledge of any programming or scripting language

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of SQL and database validation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts is an added advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
