Job summary

De Novo Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Analyst with Oracle Fusion expertise to lead testing across HCM, SCM, ERP and Finance modules. You will design, prepare, and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases, and validate end-to-end business processes, integrations, and reports.

The role requires hands-on testing, SIT, regression testing, and end-to-end validation of complex Oracle Fusion workflows, with strong defect management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of testing experience in Oracle Fusion across HCM, SCM, ERP, and Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of testing concepts, lifecycle, strategy, and automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for Oracle Fusion.
• Validate end-to-end business processes, integrations, interfaces, and reports.
• Perform SIT, regression testing and end-to-end validation across Fusion workflows.
• Maintain RTMs, defect logs, and test summary reports.
• Track defects and coordinate with stakeholders to support resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams across UK and India time zones.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, ERP, and Finance modules, along with strong knowledge of testing concepts, testing processes, test strategy preparation, and automation exposure. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and the flexibility to work with global teams across UK and India time zones.

You Will

• Design, prepare, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Oracle Fusion Applications across HCM, SCM, ERP, and Finance modules.
• Validate end‑to‑end business processes, integrations, interfaces, and reports to ensure high‑quality functional outcomes.
• Perform functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and end‑to‑end validation across complex Oracle Fusion workflows.
• Create and maintain key test artefacts including test strategy documents, requirement traceability matrices (RTM), defect logs, and test summary reports.
• Track, manage, and communicate defects effectively, working closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to support resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams across UK and India time zones to support delivery, testing cycles, and project milestones.
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives and support continuous improvement in test processes, standards, and quality practices

Experience in end‑to‑end process validation across multiple modules

Consulting & Delivery Experience:

• Ability to work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
• Experience in defect triage, reporting, and test status communication
• Ability to work across global delivery teams and manage testing timelines effectively

Desirable:

• Hands‑on automation experience is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models preferred.
