TechAhead is seeking a result-oriented Quality Analyst to lead performance testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications. The candidate will design, execute, and analyze load, stress, and scalability tests, using tools like Apache JMeter and LoadRunner, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Strong SQL and cloud basics are required. The role involves working with modern monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines, aiming to deliver reliable, scalable software

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web and Mobile Applications.
• Strong SQL skills and database performance analysis.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of microservices and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Quality Analyst who is result-oriented, believes in leading from the front, and is always willing to go the extra mile. The role requires a talented, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills-

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Create and maintain test scripts using Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Analyse application performance metrics and identify bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Product Teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system behaviour using performance monitoring tools and provide detailed analysis reports.
• Work with APIs, microservices, cloud-based applications, and distributed systems.
• Prepare performance test plans, workload models, and test strategies based on business requirements.
• Present performance findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in CI/CD integration of performance testing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.

Knowledge of monitoring tools such as:

• Dynatrace
• AppDynamics
• Grafana
• Kibana

Strong SQL skills and experience analysing database performance.

Understanding of client-server architecture, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Ability to identify memory leaks, response-time issues, concurrency problems, and system bottlenecks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance testing for high-traffic consumer applications.
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud performance testing and monitoring.
• Relevant certifications in Performance Testing, JMeter, or LoadRunner are a plus.
