• Experience leading large-scale Automation Testing programs across enterprise engagements.
• Strong consulting experience in QA strategy, test transformation, and Quality Engineering best practices.
• Hands-on understanding of Functional, Automation, API, Mobile, Performance, Cloud, and DevOps Testing.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise customers, delivery governance, and executive stakeholder communication.

• Partner with customers to define QA strategy, testing roadmaps, and quality consulting initiatives.
• Support presales activities including solutioning, estimations, RFP responses, and account growth.
• Track delivery KPIs, SLAs, financials, utilization, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing enterprise testing programs within IT services companies, driving delivery excellence, customer success, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple QA/QE engagements across Web, Mobile, API, Cloud, Digital, and AI applications.
• Drive delivery governance, project planning, quality, timelines, risks, and stakeholder management.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing QA teams while ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Lead automation transformation initiatives and drive adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices.
• Partner with customers to define QA strategy, testing roadmaps, and quality consulting initiatives.

Must Have

• 12–15 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Software Testing, with 5+ years in Delivery Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Automation Testing programs across enterprise engagements.
• Strong consulting experience in defining QA strategy, test transformation, and Quality Engineering best practices.
• Hands-on understanding of Functional, Automation, API, Mobile, Performance, Cloud, and DevOps Testing.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise customers, delivery governance, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading teams of 40+ QA professionals in an IT services organization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern Quality Engineering methodologies.
• Must have managed AI/GenAI or Digital Platform projects in the last 1–2 years, with exposure to AI application delivery, AI testing, or AI-enabled Quality Engineering.

Preferred

• Experience working with global customers across various domains.
• Exposure to AI Quality Engineering, LLM Validation, Agentic AI, or Responsible AI testing is an added advantage.
