Job summary

ValueLabs is seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead QA delivery across enterprise-scale digital platforms, driving automation adoption and a high-performing, 100+ member QA organization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to embed quality early in the SDLC, ensure regulatory compliance (ISO standards) and orchestrate scalable automation frameworks leveraging Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in QA management, incl. 5+ years leading teams of 50+ engineers.
• Proven track record managing 100+ QA professionals across global centers.
• Background in BFS, Media & Entertainment, Supply Chain, InsurTech, or Digital Experience domains.
• Experience collaborating with global clients across NA, Europe and MENA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA delivery across concurrent projects with timely releases.
• Define QA strategies aligned with objectives, timelines and risk management.
• Embed quality early in SDLC with Product, Engineering and DevOps.
• Ensure testing complies with ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and regulatory standards.

• Create reusable test artifacts using Maven/Gradle and version control.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior QA Manager to lead and transform our Quality Assurance and Automation testing practices across enterprise-scale digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end QA delivery, driving automation adoption, leading large cross-functional QA teams, and ensuring the highest standards of software quality in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of QA delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
• Define and implement QA strategies aligned with business objectives, delivery timelines, and risk management frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to embed quality early in the SDLC (Shift-Left Testing).
• Ensure all testing activities comply with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and other regulatory standards applicable to BFS, Media, and Enterprise SaaS domains.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of QA professionals (minimum 100+ members), including automation engineers, manual testers, test analysts, and QA leads.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and ownership through mentorship, career development plans, and performance management.
• Spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Selenium (Java/C#), Rest Assured, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
• Champion parallel test execution, CI/CD integration, and test environment orchestration via Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Establish reusable, maintainable, and scalable test artifacts using Maven/Gradle structures and version-controlled repositories.
• Integrate AI-driven testing techniques (e.g., self-healing tests, intelligent test prioritization, anomaly detection) to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Lead the definition and execution of comprehensive API testing strategies using Postman, Rest Assured, JMeter, and custom frameworks.
• Design and execute robust end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios covering critical user journeys (e.g., registration, subscription lifecycle, payment processing, profile management).
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML-based testing tools and techniques to:
• Collaborate with R&D and AI teams to pilot new testing innovations and integrate them into production workflows.
• Provide executive-level reporting on QA metrics: defect density, test coverage, automation percentage, release stability, cycle time reduction.
• Serve as the primary QA liaison between business stakeholders, delivery managers, and technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of progressive experience in QA management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams of 50+ engineers.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale QA operations (100+ team members) across global delivery centers.
• Strong background in enterprise software delivery, preferably in BFS, Media & Entertainment, Supply Chain, InsurTech, or Digital Experience domains.
• Experience working with global clients across North America, Europe, and the MENA region.
