Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services in Bengaluru is seeking a QA Lead with 8-10 years of QA experience to drive quality across our SaaS platform. You will lead QA strategy, design and maintain automation frameworks, and oversee manual and API testing to ensure high-quality releases through CI/CD.

You will mentor QA teams and collaborate with developers and product teams to adopt AI-assisted testing tools and improve software quality.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of QA experience with strong automation and manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
• API testing with Postman/REST Assured and SQL knowledge.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Agile/Scrum, microservices testing, and AI-assisted testing tools like GitHub Copilot.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 8-10 years of experience to drive quality engineering across our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will lead QA strategy, design and maintain automation frameworks, oversee manual and API testing, and ensure high-quality releases through CI/CD integration.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of QA experience with strong automation and manual testing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
• Strong API testing skills using Postman/REST Assured and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, microservices testing, and AI-assisted testing tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring QA teams and driving release quality.

Good to Have: Performance testing (JMeter/Locust), AWS/cloud SaaS experience, and ISTQB certification.
