Job summary

Fulcrum Digital Inc is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with deep Playwright expertise to spearhead automation strategy across enterprise apps. You will design scalable Playwright frameworks, mentor QA engineers, and drive adoption across teams.

Responsibilities include leading framework development, ensuring test coverage, integrating automation with CI/CD, and collaborating with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality software. 8–12 years in QA automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in QA Automation and Testing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven experience in building Playwright automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience in API automation and end-to-end web application testing.
• Strong understanding of test framework design, reusable components, and automation best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Git, version control, and test reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.

• Lead the automation strategy for web application testing and ensure maximum test coverage.
• Guide and mentor the QA team in learning, implementing, and adopting Playwright automation.
• Define automation standards, coding practices, and framework architecture.
• Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Integrate Playwright test automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Review automation code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and build effective test strategies.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and drive defect resolution.
