• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of FIX protocol and financial messaging standards.
• Knowledge of MiFID II, Reg NMS, and other regulations.
• Hands-on with GitLab, Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus.
