Responsibilities

• Delivers delegated elements of the annual business plan to time and budget.
• Manages external certification audits and supports achievement of new accreditations.
• Organises and conducts internal audits, producing accurate reports.
• Investigates non‑conformance, identifying corrective and preventative measures.
• Reviews and improves management system content and processes.
• Provides accurate quality reporting, communication collateral, and management review data.
• Develops training programmes and supports supply chain performance through audits and guidance.
• Champions continuous improvement, responsible business practices, and net zero carbon transition.
