Responsibilities

• Test Case Management: Design, create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
• Test Execution: Perform thorough functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing across Web and Mobile platforms.
• API Testing: Conduct end-to-end API testing (REST/SOAP) to validate endpoints, response codes, payloads, and integrations.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira (or similar bug-tracking tools) with clear steps to reproduce.
• Cross-Platform Testing: Test user interfaces and functional flows across web browsers, Android, and iOS devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to resolve issues early in the SDLC.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and performance of our Web, Mobile, and API applications. API testing is a primary core requirement for this position.
