Job summary

Kantar Gurgaon is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocations within the Group. You will coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure processes meet performance and quality standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in senior accounting, experience in a GBS environment, and strong ERP, Excel and MS Office skills, with flexibility across time zones during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience working within a GBS environment is preferred.
• Strong background in management of a finance operations or reporting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures efficiently.
• Experience with transformation and change programmes.
• Willingness to work across geographic time zones during peak periods.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Self-discipline with ability to work independently under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Role Overview

Part of a dynamic and integrated finance function that delivers operational finance specialist services. The role will report to Q2C Tower Lead and will ensure end to end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocations activities. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proce.sses are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.

Role Description

• Knowledge and application of the Group Quote to Cash policy.
• Handle end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocation process.
• Liaisonwith Stakeholder Management and collaborate with team and internal stakeholders

Role Requirements & Capabilities

• Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience working within a GBS environment is preferred.
• Have a strong background in management of a finnce operations or reporting environment.

• Exeperience of handling a team
• Validated ability to efficiently follow policies and procedures.
• Experience in working in large teams and working with Transformation and change programmes.

• Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Self-disciplinedwith ability to work independently and under stress and pressure, target and result driven.
• Proficiency in English, and additional language skills are additional language skill is a plus.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a senior accountant or equivalent role
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with Job Accounting and familiar with the straight-line revenue recognition method at Kantar
