Job summary

Kantar Group Limited in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to join the end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocations function within a dynamic GBS.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes align with policy, performance and quality standards, while supporting transformations and period-end activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience working within a GBS environment is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Adv Excel, PowerPoint. Experience of handling a team.
• Validated ability to efficiently follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocation process.
• Liaison with Stakeholder Management and collaborate with team and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Transformation and change programmes during peak periods such as period end.

Role Overview

Part of a dynamic and integrated finance function that delivers operational finance specialist services. The role will report to Q2C Tower Lead and will ensure end to end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocations activities. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proce.sses are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.

Role Description

Knowledge and application of the Group Quote to Cash policy. Handle end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocation process. Liaison with Stakeholder Management and collaborate with team and internal stakeholders

Role Requirements & Capabilities

• Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience working within a GBS environment is preferred.
• Have a strong background in management of a finnce operations or reporting environment.
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Adv Excel, PowerPoint Exeperience of handling a team
• Validated ability to efficiently follow policies and procedures.
• Experience in working in large teams and working with Transformation and change programmes.
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end
• Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure, target and result driven.
• Proficiency in English, and additional language skills are additional language skill is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years experience as a senior accountant or equivalent role
• Minimum 10 years of recent experience with Job Accounting and familiar with the straight-line revenue recognition method at Kantar
