Job summary

Cerebra in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Python Developer to build robust APIs and data-driven applications. The role requires 4+ years of professional Python experience and familiarity with FastAPI, Django REST Framework, or Flask, plus strong data handling with Pandas, NumPy, and Polars.

You will work on scalable back-end services, collaborate with data and cloud teams (AWS or GCP), and contribute to testing, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and modern software engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development using Python.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Django REST Framework, or Flask.
• Proficient in data manipulation and processing with Pandas, NumPy, and Polars for large datasets.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as PySpark, Celery, or Dask.
• Familiar with design patterns, enterprise architecture, and modern Python practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests for robust applications.
