Job summary

Oriserve in India is seeking a Python Developer to build scalable backend systems powering next‑gen AI voice solutions. You will work with Python, MongoDB, Redis, and distributed architectures to deliver reliable services for millions of users.

You will design and implement highly scalable APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with product managers and designers to ship impactful features in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Tech Startup.
• Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (BE/BTech or MS) from IIT or Tier 1 NIT.
• Strong proficiency with Python and knowledge of frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB and caching systems like Redis.
• Proficient with code versioning tools (Git), AWS, and socket programming.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop highly scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Dive deep into data structures and algorithms to design efficient solutions.
