Job summary

Abacus Service is hiring a Python Developer (API Frameworks & SQL) to join our team in India. Location: Chennai or Bengaluru. The role requires 6+ years of experience building scalable web applications and APIs using modern Python frameworks and SQL databases.

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services, implement RESTful APIs with FastAPI/Flask/DRF, optimize database schemas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with at least one API framework: FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using Python.
