Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Python, RestAPI, Django, and Flask. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring high performance and reliability of backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks (RestAPI, Django, Flask).
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs / Microservices for high performance and low latency systems.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Implement security, authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with front‑end/mobile teams to integrate APIs smoothly.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture design discussions, and best software development practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment scripts, CI/CD pipelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on programming experience in Python.
• Expertise in FastAPI, Django, and Flask frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Fast API design, Microservices, OOPs & design patterns.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux environment.
• Good understanding of message brokers / queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) added advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
