Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai / Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Python Data Test Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives and own the Python automation framework end-to-end. You will lead a team, design scalable test strategies, and deliver robust data-testing solutions in a financial services context.

Work location is Chennai / Hyderabad with a work-from-office model 3 days per week, offering collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to shape the automation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in software testing or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant Python experience.
• Experience in leading teams and driving automation initiatives.
• Strong experience in ETL testing, SQL, and Python automation.
• Preferred knowledge of Financial Services / Capital Markets domain.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of building a Python Automation Framework.
• Lead the Python Data Test Automation efforts and mentor the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation goals with business needs.
