Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is hiring a Python Data Test Automation Lead to join our team in India. The role focuses on building and owning a Python-based data testing automation framework with strong ETL and SQL skills.

You will lead a team to drive automation initiatives and ensure end-to-end data quality across projects. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in Python, and domain knowledge in Financial Services/ Capital Markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in software testing or data testing roles.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Python experience.
• Strong experience in ETL testing, SQL, and Python automation.
• Experience leading automation initiatives and teams, with domain knowledge in Financial Services/Capital Markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of building a Python automation framework.
• Lead and mentor automation team members to deliver high-quality data testing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Financial Services to define automation requirements and success metrics.
