Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking an experienced ETL Data Test Automation Lead to design and implement robust Python-based automation for ETL testing. You will own end-to-end testing, framework development, and ensure data quality across pipelines.

Candidate should have 6+ years in ETL/data testing with at least 4+ years Python, prior team lead exposure, and familiarity with financial services domains is a plus. Hybrid work from client offices 3 days a week in Chennai/Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 6+ years overall experience in ETL/data testing and automation.
• 4+ years hands-on Python experience.
• Experience in leading teams or as a Tech Lead.
• Experience building data testing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Financial services domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a Python-based automation framework for ETL testing.
• Own end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines and data quality checks.
• Mentor team members and drive technical design decisions.

We are looking for an experienced ETL/Data Testing Automation professional with strong hands‑on expertise in Python, SQL, and Automation Framework Development.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Testing
• Hands‑on experience with Python Automation
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience in building Data Testing Automation Frameworks from scratch
• Ability to take end‑to‑end ownership and build a Python Automation Framework
• 6+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant hands‑on experience in Python
• Experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead capacity
• Financial Services / Capital Markets domain knowledge is preferred
